Provider errors and recovery
Keep the last good files if a model times out or returns invalid output. Retry only after reviewing the error.
Follow the steps
- Read the saved error and keep the last working version.
- Check configuration, quota or the provider dashboard when the outcome is uncertain.
- Retry deliberately only after resolving the issue and checking whether an output already exists.
Check your result
A network interruption may still have consumed provider work. Estimated allowance can be recorded rather than silently repeating a paid call.
