Shared cloud records
A site passcode protects a token-scoped record store. Rotate it to revoke sessions and export before deleting data.
Follow the steps
- Choose the project’s shared record store and set an appropriate site passcode.
- Connect the intended fields, then test creation and reading from authorized sessions.
- Export records before deletion and rotate access when a passcode should no longer work.
Check your result
A shared passcode grants the scope shown by the store. Do not use public page code as a place to keep service secrets.
