Write a useful brief
Include who it is for, what it does, the information it needs and a clear example.
Follow the steps
- Write one sentence naming the audience and the result they need.
- Supply real names, prices, dates or sample records. State which details are still unknown.
- Add an acceptance check such as a correctly calculated total or a saved contact entry.
Check your result
Conflicting instructions make review harder. Change one clearly described issue at a time.
