Payments on a shop
A customer-entered transaction reference remains unverified until checked. Live gateway status must be validated server-side.
Follow the steps
- Choose the supported merchant setup and keep its credentials out of website files.
- Ensure the order has an identifiable total and that payment status is verified on the server.
- Review pending payments by their order reference before requesting another attempt.
Check your result
A manually entered transaction number is an unverified claim until checked against the merchant system.
