Demo purchases never transfer real money. Cancelling a pending demo order leaves your balance unchanged. A completed simulated purchase can be reversed through the local administration workflow where available.

Live purchases

The operator must publish its actual commercial policy before enabling live checkout. Payment delivery, duplicate callbacks and balance changes are recorded in an idempotent ledger.

If a configured service fails, keep the order reference and failure details. Do not repeatedly pay for the same pending order. Contact the installation operator through the support form.
