A timetable should reflect your real time and the work still to do.
Start with the right information
List subjects, deadlines and the hours you can reliably use. Include breaks and ordinary commitments before filling the remaining time.
Put it into practice
Allocate shorter sessions to specific outcomes, such as solving five problems or reviewing one chapter. Leave space for revision and unfinished work.
Check before you share
Review what you completed at the end of the week. Adjust the plan to the evidence instead of treating missed sessions as a reason to abandon it.
