Start with the right information
Upload a document you may use and check that its text was extracted correctly. Scanned pages may require configured OCR before the words are available.
Put it into practice
Ask for headings, key terms and short summaries tied to sections or page references where available. Do not assume a citation is correct without checking it.
Check before you share
Compare a sample of the notes with the source. Keep important quotations, numbers and formulas separate from your own interpretation.
