A courier file saves typing when its fields match the receiving service.
Start with the right information
Select the intended courier format in the order export. Review customer name, phone, address, collection amount and delivery instructions.
Put it into practice
Open a sample CSV before upload. Check Bangla text and leading phone-number zeros; spreadsheet software can change either when it guesses column types.
Check before you share
Upload through your courier account and review its validation report. A generated CSV does not prove that a parcel was booked or collected.
